Vanzara granted bail in encounter case

AHMEDABAD:DG Vanzara, accused in Sohrabuddin Sheikh's and Ishrat Jahan's encounter case is all set to come out of Ahmedabad Central Jail at 12 pm today. After being granted bail by the court in Ishrat Jahan case, Vanzara will step out of the jail after eight long years. His supporters are planning a big celebration once he is out of the jail.

Vanzara was granted bail in Ishrat Jahan case about 10 days ago.His bail bonds in Sohrabuddin encounter case couldn't be furnished for a long time due to which he had to stay behind bars. However,the procedure of depositing the bail bond is now complete and he is all set to be released from jail. According to sources, Vanzara will fly to Mumbai today as he is under court instructions to stay in the city. Vanzara will have to mark his presence before the CBI twice a month.
