MUMBAI: Services on the Central Railway were disrupted for a few minutes after smoke started emanating from a CST-bound local between Mulund and Bhandup at 8.30 am on Thursday.
The rake was held up for 15 to 20 minutes and later withdrawn from service. "The incident occurred because of binding of brakes and there was no safety scare," a CR spokesperson said.
