Railways announce short termination of Gorakhpur trains leaving Mumbai

MUMBAI: The railways has decided to short terminate three trains which were actually scheduled to arrive Gorakhpur between September 30 and October 5. This is being done on temporary basis due to pre non-interlocking and non-interlocking work in connection with the Gorakhpur yard remodelling on north-east railway, officials said.

The trains are -- No. 11055 Lokmanya Tilak Terminus - Gorakhpur Godan Express leaving LTT on September 30, October 2 and 4 will be terminated at Deoria Sadar instead of Gorakhpur station; train No 11015 Lokmanya Tilak Terminus - Gorakhpur Kushinagar Express leaving LTT from October 2 to 5 will be terminated at Basti instead of Gorakhpur; train No.11037 Pune - Gorakhpur Express leaving Pune on October 3 will be terminated at Mau instead of Gorakhpur station.

"Passengers are requested to kindly note the above changes,'' the official added.
