MUMBAI: Niramaya Hospital Kharghar is conducting a free piles camp on all Saturdays of March 2013 from 11am to 1pm. People suffering from piles and have observed symptoms like bleeding in stools with or without pain, swelling in anal region or itching can visit this camp for free checkup and consultation by Dr Amit Thadhani, Consulting Laparoscopic Surgeon and medical director at Niramaya Hospitals.
Dr Thadhani said, "We at Niramaya Hospitals believe in providing the best healthcare services and consultation to our patients. Like every month, this time we are doing a piles camp where in we provide free consultation to the patients and also if needed we would do the surgery at concessional rate. In the past few months we have seen many patients coming in with the problem of piles. It has also been observed as an emerging trend due to the kind of lifestyle people live today. Many a times people hesitate to visit a doctor for their problem of piles, but I feel that like any other diseases this also needs proper and timely medical treatment to avoid further complications. By conducting this camp, we are just doing our bit to provide the right consultation to the patients. We hope to conduct many such other camps in future."
