MUMBAI: Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray has embarked on his state wide tour from Sunday. Raj's three month long tour begins from Satara today, the MNS Chief's tour would be of interest to many as Raj has still not reacted to his cousin Shiv Sena President Uddhav Thackeray's offer for a "alliance" to keep the ruling Congress-NCP away from forming the government in next assembly elections. The elections are scheduled in 2014.
The MNS chief has maintained a uncharacteristic silence on the issue after his cousin said that he would not have an issue in welcoming back Raj or joining forces with him.
Raj was asked about Uddhav's comments during a recent programme however the MNS chief refused to answer the queires saying that since it was not a political function he would not talk about politics. However since Raj is going to hold eight public meetings in the state, everyone from the Sena to the MNS is watching with bated breath on how Raj reacts to Uddhav's offer.
